NG4 Energy Saving: take advantage of Superbonus tax credit transfer

For the first time, thanks to Superbonus legislation, families and condos are allowed to transfer tax credit accrued through energy efficiency measures to:
• banks
• insurance companies
• other financial intermediaries
a company undertaking the works.

This is why we set up NG4 Energy Saving.

More than two tax deduction transfers are possible.

1. The condo/household deciding upon one or more of the actions among those provided for by the “Rilancio” decree Superbonus, will receive a deduction equal to 110% of the cost of the work, which will be paid out in five annual instalments, all of the same amount.

2. The condo/household may transfer the tax credit for the amount spent on work to NG4, which will then be entitled to the tax deduction.

NG4 Energy Saving will undertake the loan application on your behalf.
