We seek to be a benchmark in the residential and service industry sectors, both for partner companies and for direct clients. Our company is active across the domestic private and public construction market with:
- upgrading of existing buildings
- upgrading of built heritage to comply with evolving environmental and safety regulations
- development of new construction schemes.

For all energy efficiency actions, we organize and activate the supply chain required to put in place turnkey actions, ensuring the presence of all in-house and contract professional figures required to achieve our goal.
The professional figures needed for projects include:

- site material and equipment procurement staff
- works and safety directors, plant installation staff, construction workers
- inspectors and certifiers for final inspection
- financial packet managers with focus on tax support options (façade, roofing, plant bonus, Superbonus and Sismabonus schemes).

Construction Services
We design and manage construction development and territorial upgrading actions, also undertaking to identify opportunities that can effectively activate financial instruments suitable for the business.
We engage businesses, artisans, installers and professional consulting firms as part of our Engineering for Architecture & Construction offer, to ensure EPC – Engineering, Procurement & Construction services in a process that manages design, works and safety.
We develop building projects across the board, dealing with administrative and contractual phases, in addition to technology, energy and environment aspects.
