Incentives covered by Superbonus
There are three types of “driving” actions for which incentives are defined, with the following expenditure limits:
1. Thermal insulation (thermal cladding) building work for external opaque, vertical, horizontal (roofs, floors), and sloping surfaces delimiting the volume to be heated, for at least 25% of the gross dispersing surface of the building.
• Incentive: up to €50,000 per dwelling unit or terraced house
• Incentive: up to €40,000 per dwelling unit, to be multiplied by the number of apartments in a condo with 2–8 dwelling units
• Incentive: up to €30,000 per dwelling unit, to be multiplied by the number of apartments in a condo with more than 8 dwelling units
Incentive: up to €50,000 per dwelling unit or terraced house
Incentive: up to €40,000 per dwelling unit, to be multiplied by the number of apartments in a condo with 2–8 dwelling units
Incentive: up to €30,000 per dwelling unit, to be multiplied by the number of apartments in a condo with more than 8 dwelling units
Incentive: up to €20,000 per dwelling unit, to be multiplied by the number of apartments in a condo with less than 8 dwelling units
Incentive: up to €15,000 per dwelling unit, to be multiplied by the number of apartments in a condo with more than 8 dwelling units
2. Work in common areas of buildings or on individual buildings to replace hot air conditioning systems with geothermal heat pump or centralized air conditioning systems, including hybrid or geothermal systems, also combined with the installation of photovoltaic and related storage systems
• Incentive: up to €20,000 per dwelling unit, to be multiplied by the number of apartments in a condo with less than 8 dwelling units
• Incentive: up to €15,000 per dwelling unit, to be multiplied by the number of apartments in a condo with more than 8 dwelling units
3. For single-family or terraced housing, removal of existing hot air conditioning systems to be replaced with air heating, cooling or domestic hot water supply condensing systems, whose efficiency is at least Class A, with heat pump, including hybrid or geothermal systems, also combined with the installation of photovoltaic systems and related storage systems.
Incentive: ≤ €30,000 per building.
It is also possible to undertake “driven” actions alongside a “driving” action, deducting costs using SUPERBONUS 110%.
“Driven” actions include:
• Installation of photovoltaic plant connected to the mains
Incentive: up to €48,000 per building for a maximum of €2,400/kW installed nominal supply (up to 20 kWp)
• Replacement of windows including frames
Incentive: up to €60,000 deduction per building unit
• Simultaneous or subsequent installation of storage systems integrated in the photovoltaic systems, also with the limit of
Incentive: up to €48,000 per building for a maximum of €1,000/kWh installed nominal supply
• Installation of infrastructure for charging electric vehicles in buildings
Incentive: up to €3,000
It is also possible to undertake “driven” actions alongside a “driving” action, deducting costs using SUPERBONUS 110%.
“Driven” actions include:
• Installation of photovoltaic plant connected to the mains
Incentive: up to €48,000 per building for a maximum of €2,400/kW installed nominal supply (up to 20 kWp)
• Replacement of windows including frames
Incentive: up to €60,000 deduction per building unit
• Simultaneous or subsequent installation of storage systems integrated in the photovoltaic systems, also with the limit of
